Export Restrictions

There are no export restrictions on any of our products. However where import taxes may be applied to your order as your country dictates. The buyer is responsible for all import taxes.

Delivery Policy

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday-Friday will be packed and sent the same day, where possible. Orders placed at weekends or after 14:00 will be packed and shipped on the next working day. For UK orders we use Royal Mail First Class and international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail as standard. Other shipping methods can be specified for additional cost.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms

We comply with the distance seller rules for the UK as set forth here.
The buyer must return the goods before a refund can be processed. The buyer is liable for the cost of returning goods unless the goods sent are faulty, in which case we (phenoptix LTD) will refund return postage.
